Located in the heart of Quartier DIX30, Que Sera Syrah offers far more than just a meal. It delivers an experience where refined cuisine made with local ingredients, private import wines, and a warm atmosphere come together.

 

Each visit is designed as a moment of its own: a table where people slow down, discover, and keep coming back.

 

We supported QSS in developing a strong and cohesive digital strategy by translating the restaurant’s identity and the quality of its offering through an engaging and high-performing content ecosystem. The goal: create desire before guests even walk through the door!

Content creation

Content designed not only to make people hungry, but also to tell a story.

More than fifty photos and over thirty videos were produced to highlight the dishes, textures, culinary craftsmanship, and the moments shared in the dining room.

Beyond the visual aspect, the goal was to capture the true essence of Que Sera Syrah:

  • refined yet approachable cuisine

  • a warm and inviting atmosphere

  • and above all, the incredible people behind the restaurant
     

Each creative session became a collaborative experience in itself, with the restaurant’s team playing a key role in bringing authenticity to the content.

Social media

A social presence built with consistency and purpose. By showcasing not only the dishes but also the people behind them, the content strategy helped create a genuine connection with the community. The posts do more than simply showcase, they tell stories, spark engagement, and create desire.

The content produced was complemented by custom graphic templates designed by our team, all aligned with the visual identity of Que Sera Syrah.

The results speak for themselves:

  • Instagram engagement rate consistently maintained above 10%: from 4.5% (November 2025) to 10.1% in April 2026

  • Facebook engagement rate tripled over the course of the mandate, from 1.2% to 3.7% (April 2026)

  • Instagram profile visits steadily increased: 5,199 cumulative visits over 5 months

  • 493 new organic followers gained across all platforms in 5 months

  • 398 new Instagram followers, including 121 in January 2026 — the strongest month of the mandate

The objective: build a lasting connection to the brand, far beyond the plate.
