    Under the supervision of management, the Team Leader - Digital Management is responsible for supervising the team of digital managers, the strategic development of customer accounts, and the optimization of processes related to digital services (social media, content, performance, etc.). This role combines leadership, strategic thinking, customer relations and operational management.

    Key responsibilities:

     

    Team supervision and leadership

    Coach, motivate and develop the digital management team;

     

    Ensure quality of work delivered, adherence to deadlines and harmonization of work methods;

    Implement and improve processes to ensure efficiency, performance and consistency.

     

     

    Digital strategy & performance

    Define strategic orientations for customer accounts (organic social media);

    Participate in the development and presentation of strategic plans, performance reviews and recommendations;

    Coordinate efforts with creative, content, influencer and digital advertising teams.

    Customer relations & renewal

    Actively manage certain customer accounts (major accounts);
    Ensure quality of deliverables, achievement of objectives and customer satisfaction;
    Participate in renewal meetings, proposals and growth strategies.

    Internal collaboration and vision


    Work closely with management and other departments to unify 360° strategies;
    Participate in the evolution of Aura Social's digital services;
    Participate in the recruitment and integration of new talent into the digital team.

    Are you passionate about moving images and short formats that capture attention from the very first seconds? Join our team to produce high-impact videos, designed primarily for social platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts). You'll be involved in every stage of the creative process, from preparation to final editing, to bring to life engaging, relevant content that's tailor-made for our customers.

    Your main tasks

     

    Before shooting

     

    Participate in creative brainstorms and shoot preparation (visual research, logistics, location scouting).

     

    Develop shot lists in line with the concept and marketing objectives, in collaboration with the strategy and creative director.

     

     

     

    In the field

     

    Capture images using our professional equipment.

     

    Set up the necessary equipment (lighting, microphones) and ensure the technical quality of the shots.

     

     

     

    Post-production

     

    Edit in Adobe Premiere Pro, including integration of subtitles, sound effects and graphics.

     

    Adjust the final look (color grading, audio retouching) according to visual charters and target platforms.

     

    Export videos in the right formats and organize them in our project management system.

     

    Optimization & monitoring

    Create attractive thumbnails for platforms.
    Contribute to video performance analysis and adjust approaches based on data.

    Keep abreast of visual and narrative trends on social networks.

    What we're looking for

     

    Hands-on experience shooting and editing short-form content;

     

    Excellent command of editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects an asset);

     

    Good knowledge of the requirements of social platforms;

     

    Creative spirit, attention to detail and organizational skills;

     

    Comfortable working in a team and independently;

     

    Excellent writing and editing skills, with particular attention to grammar and style.

     

     

     

    Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position or experience in communications and content creation;

    • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video editing projects, particularly short vertical content for social medias

    • Bachelor's degree/Certificate in marketing, communications or related field (an asset);

    • Excellent command of social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube);

    • Video and editing skills;
