Laflamme & Associés audioprothésistes is all about communication and listening, restoring self-confidence and breaking down isolation. For over 50 years, Laflamme & Associés' seven clinics have been helping people with hearing difficulties to hear better with both ears. As part of our mission, Aura Social helps them to raise public awareness, to be more connected and to communicate better.
Content creation
From in-clinic photoshoots to TV commercials, our team made sure to create content that reflected the patients at Laflamme & Associés, democratizing and normalizing hearing loss with sensitivity and impact.

Our Meta and Google ads were specifically tailored to an older audience, often looking for help with hearing problems, whether for themselves or their loved ones. By offering downloadable guides, useful resources and answers to their questions through video vignettes, we were able to reach a wide audience at every stage of their journey.
The main goal: to drive requests for appointments using the online form, as well as calls.
Social media
Laflamme & Associés' social networks are designed to be both educational and enriching, with content tailored to the target audience and publications that promote understanding and awareness. We even like to add a touch of humor, to better connect with our audience!
